メディカル・PV・PMS

This position is accountable for executing the day-to-day operations and compliance activities by leading a team of PV operations to maintain high-functioning PV systems across assigned region remit. Reports directly to Japan PV Operational Lead.

• Manage case processing activities for Nippon Boehringer Ingelheim’s investigational and marketed products including case submission to Global Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV) and PMDA according to Boehringer Ingelheim (BI)’s internal procedure and local regulation.

• Conduct safety risk management activities, prepare and submit periodic safety reports and develop and maintain the safety part of local package inserts for the assigned compounds ensuring compliance with BI’s internal procedures and local regulation

• Contribute to local asset team as an expert of benefit risk of the assigned compounds.

Medical Science Liaison（MSL）は、Medical Therapeutic Area Lead、Medical Manager、Medical Advisor、Scientific Advisor、チーム内の他のMSL、Medical Informationチーム、PharmacovigilanceおよびDrug Safety Evaluationチーム、Brand Manager、Brand Teamメンバーなど、複数の社内ステークホルダーと部門横断的に連携し、パーキンソン病の治療領域における外部の既存および新規のエキスパート（External Experts: EEs）との適切な関係構築・育成、およびAbbVieの科学的信頼性の向上を図ります。本ポジションはMSL Manager（Parkinson’s Disease）にレポートします。

Based on the Brand/Functional plan, develop and execute MSL Action Plan through scientific interaction and connect to evidence generation and collectively, as member of GMA, work to make a remarkable impact on patient care

The Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) will work cross functionally with several internal stakeholders such as Medical Therapeutic Area Lead, Medical Manager, Medical Advisor, Scientific Advisor and other MSL of the team, Medical Information team, Pharmacovigillance and Drug Safety Evaluation teams, The Brand Manager and Brand Team members to ensure proper relationship is developed, nurtured and AbbVie’s scientific credibility is advanced with established and emerging external experts (EEs) in the therapeutic area of headache and migraine. This position is based in Tokyo and will report to the MSL Manager, Migraine.

治療領域およびヘルスケア環境（ステークホルダーネットワークや患者ケアパスウェイを含む）について深い理解を構築し、上市前から上市後に至るまで、戦略的意思決定に資する実行可能なインサイトを収集する。これにより、事業上のニーズ／組織目標を支援し、患者ケアの向上に貢献する。

また、外部ステークホルダーとの間でピア・ツー・ピアの意見交換を推進し、疾患に対する認知・理解を高めることで（TA／アセット戦略と整合）、信頼されるパートナーシップを構築し、適切な患者マネジメントの意思決定を促進する。

さらに、外部ステークホルダーのニーズを特定し、ヘルスケアソリューションやデータ創出の機会を見出すとともに、社内外のステークホルダーと連携してこれらのニーズに能動的に対応する。
